Return and Exchange

Before your parcel leaves our studio, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and email us at hello@amaltasstudio.com along with an image of the damaged item. If we are informed about the damage after the 24 hour window, return may be accepted at our discretion.
