At Amaltas Studio, we take great care to ensure that our products are packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, if any of our products are received broken or damaged, we offer a hassle-free replacement policy.

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving their order if any damage has occurred during shipping. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to assess the situation and expedite the replacement process. If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost to the customer. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or provide a timeframe for when the replacement will be available.
